Dear friends!

With all of my heart I am glad to greet you on the hospitable soil of Kazakhstan once again receiving the participants and guests of International Festival Asia Dauysy.

It is the thirteenth time that Festival music resounds in the skies of Almaty. These melodies bring grains of your home countries to every family, to the hearts, they light and inspire us with the radiance of your talents.

Asia Dauysy won huge renown with performers and love with audience since its concept is aimed at highlighting true spiritual values, stimulates the development of creative legacy of the nation, reveals opportunities for gifted young prodigies to show their talents.

Nowadays in the stirring times the role of culture in setting warm relations between states is even more outstanding. Performers are real plenipotentiaries of state diplomacy. With threads of their art they unite and bring together people of various national backgrounds.

Culture withstands wars and destruction, it creates spiritual values, keeps them with outmost care and gives them to the entire humanity.

I wish you new accomplishments, happiness, love, heartfelt respect with worshipers of your talent. As for the bountiful audience I wish you to enjoy music, songs, to feel your own contribution to these days, to keep sweet memories of encounter with the beautiful.

12 years ago in 1990 Almaty confidently and out loud ushered the world about the international festival for gifted performers from all over the world so that they amaze us with their talents, and find like-minded people amongst their colleagues.

Since then performers long to go to Almaty, the city of distinctive traditions and rich cultural history, to gain unforgettable impressions, and turn out to win the hearts of our people.

We are grateful to you for you give us gala day and take part in it.

Likewise the previous ones the thirteenth festival promises to have plentiful of musical sensations, and furthermore to discover the world within itself. It will be a unique opportunity to devote time to listening to interesting, beautiful and unusual music.
