As all common people contestants have free time. Here are their answers at the question how they spend it.

Edy likes cinema, and Lala enjoys doing shopping and reading books.

Contestant from Bulgaria Roberta had three times in a day to answer the same question. Twice at press-conference and at the scene of festival she answered "I'm reading and playing with my little daughter". But behind the scene her answer was completely different "Drinking whisky". Now you can guess when she was more honest.

Contestants have very different attitude to their image. Some of them brought hairdresser from their country and somebody prefer to work with Kazakh specialists. As Karen Polidano said: "I see no reasons to bring dresser with me to the other end of the Earth".

Contestants start to make theirselves up not later than 2 hours before the perfomance. At make-up rooms always is an interpreteur for maker to understand everything correctly. But sometimes words are not enough and then there are small funny spectacles when contestant tries to give a model of his hairstyle, interpreteur is following his gestures and then make-up man, to be sure he got everything correctly.

BTW yugoslavian singer Ceca Slavkovic is only singer to perform at all festival grounds: at Medeo, at culture park, at central stadium and this year at Respublica Hall.

For the first time in festival's history hosts made mini-interview with each of contestants right at the scene after perfomances. Here are their most original answers:

Zikkie "What is the most important thing in your life?"-"The main thing is to describe your love in right words - to say I love you"

Siti "Is it true that you're princess?"-"I'm called such by my fans, and I should work hard to deserve this title. I want to be an example for them and as each woman I want them to be faithful.

Sometimes it's even more interesting behind the scene. Yesterday, before his perfomance Edy from Indonesia saw on Marko's (one member from yugoslavian delegation) head tyubeteyka (skull-cap) and also wanted to get such. Unnfortunately it was too late to go to the shop.

Answering question are Edy and Lala husband and wife, or brother and sister, they smiled and said that their relations are only musical. And not other.

Like first day before perfomance contestants were at bar of night-club "Premier" at Respublica Hall. Siti Nurhaliza from Malaysia, wanted to get something light. But nobody spoke English at the bar. Nobody knows how this story could end, but then interpreteur appeared. He told that Siti's sister wanted… piece of bread, with vegetables but without meat. After long discussion between interpreteur, correspondent and customer herself parties came to agreement -salade with bread.
