Arny Hidalgo is 20 years old. She is from Philippines. She is real Asian oriental beauty with charming smile and strong voice. She started her carrier when she was three years old. At age 7 she got second place in the “Bulilit Bagong Kampeon” Contest and became part of the group PENOY, which was put together and trained by Mr.Ryan Cayabyab. At age 14 she became a member of «VIBE», until she went solo at 18. She was a finalist in the “2000 Metro Pop Song Festival” together with Carlos Agassi in a duet interpreting composition by her brother Jefrey Hidalgo.

She arrived in Almaty n company of her producer and her mother. "People in Kazakhstan are very benevolent and nice"- she says enthusiastically- "I knew a little about Kazakhstan before, almost nothing. But today I have a dream to visit your mountains." On the question if she is planning to win on the festival, she answered:" Besides victories the festival gives a lot of positive emotions, new friends and impressions, so that awards are not of great importance.'
