Popular composer, arranger, author of the music for a lot of TV-series, art-director of several Yugoslavian Festivals, such as «Belgrade Spring» and the Festival of Ethnic Music. Conductor of the RTV «Novi Sad Big Band».

Antoine Yvernault (France)
He is a historian by education. From 1983 works for Radio France Internationale: first as a programme producer, then in charges of the external operations, and from 1993 in charge of the Contests and Discoveries Department. This Department is designed to organize international contests to reveal and promote talanted artists, singer, and writers from many countries of the World.

Murat IRGALIEV (Kazakstan)
Founder and General Director of the International Festival "Azia Dauysy" and Republican Contest of young performers "Zhas Kanat" ("Young Wing"). Author of the musical TV-programmes and videomovies. Producer of a number of Kazakstany performers. Jury Member of many international contest. From 1993 - member of FIDOF, from 1995- Member of FIDOF Board of Directors.

Galip Kayihan (Turkey)
One of the most famous composer and musician in Turkey, producer of the most popular turkish performers. Galip Kayihan is the founder of «Marshandiz » studio - the most popular studio of «RAKS» International Concern.

Lei Lei (China)
Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Consultative Political Conference , member of the Chinese Musicians Association, Deputy director of the China Institution of Social Music , popular composer. She has won more than 20 prizes for her works, and in 1996 was selected as one of the «Ten Most Popular Composer of China». Now serves in the Beijing TV Drama Production Center.

Gankhuyag Namsrai (GANA)(Mongolia)
Well-known Mongolian producer, director and singer, organizer of local and international cultural events International Relation, he has been the member of the Intergovernmental Commissions. Producer and Director of Television of the Republic of Indonesia, Chairman of the Indonesia International Song Festival, the President of Antero Bagus Company, member of Jury of many International Song Festivals in Europe and Asia, Member of FIDOF.

Hamdeya Hamdy (Egypt)
Parliament Advisor for Mass Media and Information, Vice President of the Egyptian Television, Announcer and Presenter of 2 weekly programs. As a professional translator took part in more than 250 international conferences, has published a lot of works. Member of FIDOF. Acted as member and president of the Jury of various international festivals.

Shay Hennesy (Ireland)
Managing Director and the owner of "A NEW BEGINING INTERNATIONAL", member of the Irish Music Publishers Association, he has served several times on the International Song Contest Juries, member of the FIDOF Board of Directors.

Dono Tsvetkov (Bulgaria)
Popular singer and song writer, author and conductor of radio and TV- shows. Created the first bulgarian private vocal pop school, manager of many bulgarian singers. Founded the First Bulgarian Competition for Rock Song «Rock-Hit» and the International Pop-Festival «Discovery». Member of FIDOF.
