Has graduated from a musical college. Now, he is studying composition in the Almaty State Conservatory. He writes songs and makes arrangements for both his friends and himself. Has participated in the «Media Wave»-99 international folk festival in Hungary. He is the second prize winner of the Republic contest of young performers «Zhas Kanat»-99. In his works, Dilmurat widely uses the traditions of Uygur musical culture.
